Voice agents handle guest inquiries, availability checks, modification requests, and complaints around the clock. Booked dates push directly into Guesty. Complex issues route to human staff with full transcript context attached.

Approval-Based Modification Flow

Guests can request date changes, early check-in, or special accommodations through the AI. The system runs eligibility and pricing logic, then routes to the property manager for one-tap approve or deny via SMS.

Multi-Tenant Dashboard

Property managers get a dedicated `app.dimora.ai/c/{org-slug}` portal with call logs, transcripts, action items, billing, and team management. Role-based access (Admin / Manager / Viewer) with real-time updates.

Native Guesty Integration

OAuth2 connection to Guesty Open API plus the Booking Engine API. Reservations, properties, conversations, inbox notes, and pricing all sync bidirectionally. Token caching layer keeps us inside Guesty rate limits.
