I started GrecoLabs after spending years watching small business owners drown in operational tasks while their growth stalled. I built voice AI agents, workflow automation, and CRM integrations for property managers, home-service contractors, healthcare practices, and now wedding vendors. Every system I deploy is one I would run in my own business.
I am also the co-founder and technical lead behind Dimora AI, an AI system that runs vacation rentals around the clock and recently became an official Guesty Marketplace partner. I built every piece of it myself: the AI receptionists, the client dashboard, the automation behind the scenes, the Guesty connection, and the marketing site. Those lessons feed every GrecoLabs engagement.
The wedding-vendor work in particular came from conversations with photographers, planners, florists, and DJs about The Knot and WeddingWire inquiries that go cold between weekend shoots. The math on that is brutal, and the fix is mostly about reply speed plus consistent follow-up. I built the calculators on this site to show you the number, and the systems we deploy to recover it.
